About me & ChangePath:
I am Ann-Sophie, founder of ChangePath. I experienced the emotional up and downs of leaving my job and trying something completely new. I started my career as a communications consultant to then dive into the topic of sustainability and eventually becoming an entrepreneur.
People asked me over and over - what are you doing next, what kind of job are you searching for, which industry do you fancy? The problem is: I did not even know what to google or what to search on all the job platforms and I felt overwhelmed by all the possibilities - because if you do not know who you are, you cannot tell people who you want to be.
This is what I am trying to solve with this community and my solution ChangePath - your platform for taking better career decisions with a proven and structured self-assessment method. Our ultimate goal is to help you discover different career path options and matching resources based on your personality, skills, goals and needs - powered by AI simulation.
